Technical library

FMI Building Innovation glass is put through the testing wringer in our dedicated, IANZ accredited test lab.

We test our windows and doors to 1000 pascals of water penetration pressure, over twice the standard required by NZS 4211 and TS 4211. Imagine sustained torrential rain with winds of around 145 km/h. That’s what we’re subjecting these units to in the lab.
